Transflo, a provider of transportation technology and factor audit software, has launched Workflow AI for Factors, a new system designed to enhance accuracy, accelerate processing, and simplify operations across the factoring lifecycle for the transportation industry. The new platform aims to reduce manual friction, thereby streamlining the entire factoring process, from document ingestion and validation to funding and verification for carriers, brokers, and financial partners. Renee Krug, CEO of Transflo, stated, “Our goal was simple: remove complexity from factoring. We’ve combined automation, intelligent workflows, and a clean user experience to create a platform that is faster, more accurate, and significantly easier to use. This is a meaningful step forward for our customers and the industry.” Ms. Krug also emphasized the company’s position as a neutral technology partner, noting, “Our customers value confidentiality and trust. Because Transflo is a neutral technology partner, our customers can confidently run their operations on our platform, knowing their data is protected and their business relationships stay intact.” Workflow AI for Factors incorporates several key capabilities, including end-to-end automation for document capture, data extraction, and funding processes to reduce manual intervention. It features a streamlined user experience with an intuitive interface for managing transactions. An integrated verification engine is designed to ensure invoice accuracy, validate data points, and mitigate fraud and errors prior to funding. These features collectively contribute to faster time to funding by eliminating bottlenecks, all built on a scalable architecture designed for high transaction volumes. Bill Vitti, President and Chief Revenue Officer of Transflo, commented on the platform’s benefits: “This platform is about efficiency and confidence and speed of funding. Customers can trust that transactions are verified, accurate, and processed quickly, without the delays and errors that have historically impacted the industry.” The system is purpose-built to address long-standing inefficiencies within transportation factoring workflows, offering greater transparency and control for all stakeholders. Love’s Financial, a provider of freight factoring services, has adopted Transflo’s new system to modernize its document and verification workflows. Jordan Wiggins, Senior Manager, Technology Services at Love’s Financial, stated, “In factoring, innovation is defined by the speed from submission to funding. Workflow AI for Factors strips away the manual friction that causes delays, driving a high-velocity operation that delivers both speed and precision. This scalability enables our growth.” Workflow AI for Factors is currently available to both new and existing Transflo customers. The Transflo team will showcase the platform at the International Factoring Association 2026 Conference at Booth #12 in Nashville from May 6-8, 2026. Transflo is recognized as a provider of mobile, telematics, and workflow automation solutions for the transportation industry across North America. Its ecosystem and carrier network include 330,000 drivers utilizing Transflo Mobile+ daily, collectively representing approximately $115 billion in annual freight bills.
