NeoCurrency, a provider of digital rewards and payout solutions, has launched its Universal Currency Dashboard and API. This new system allows companies to fund accounts in their home currency and then order rewards in various currencies worldwide, simplifying global digital incentive programs.

The Universal Currency Dashboard addresses challenges global companies face when managing digital rewards across different currencies. The platform automatically handles currency conversions, enabling real-time delivery of orders without the need to maintain multiple currency accounts or perform constant conversions. Clients can fund their accounts in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, or AUD, and the system manages the rest.

For instance, Amazon gift cards are available in 23 countries and 16 currencies, delivered instantly without fees or minimum order requirements.

Additional brands supported with multi-country and multi-currency delivery include Adidas (22 countries, 12 currencies), Airbnb (17 countries, 9 currencies), Apple (23 countries, 14 currencies), Bitcoin (195 countries, 2 currencies), Decathlon (22 countries, 15 currencies), Foot Locker (11 countries, 6 currencies), H&M (22 countries, 15 currencies), IKEA (27 countries, 17 currencies), Mastercard (140 countries, 5 currencies), Nike (23 countries, 5 currencies), Nintendo (12 countries, 12 currencies), PayPal (170 countries, 5 currencies), Reward Choice (65 countries, 51 currencies), Ticketmaster (16 countries, 9 currencies), Visa (140 countries, 3 currencies), and Xbox (26 countries, 16 currencies).

The Universal Currency Dashboard also assists in delivering regionally preferred rewards in local currency within a single order, accounting for brand availability and preference differences across locations, such as Starbucks, Costa Coffee, or Tim Hortons.

Enhancements have been made to the platform’s bulk order function and API, allowing users to include all necessary brands in any currency within a single bulk upload file, streamlining order tracking and management. The API has also been updated to support on-demand currency conversions seamlessly.
