Zip.co Integrates Nift’s AI Platform for Personalized Customer Rewards Post-Purchase

Zip.co, a digital financial services company, has partnered with Nift, a technology company, to offer personalized gift offers to its users after they complete purchases, aiming to enhance the shopping experience and strengthen customer connections.

The new integration allows Zip to provide tailored thank-you gifts to its customers, seamlessly weaving Nift’s offerings into the user experience. After a Zip customer completes a transaction, Nift’s AI-powered platform matches them with relevant gift options based on their personal preferences and interests. Each gift enables the customer to discover and redeem a personalized offer from one of the thousands of leading brands within Nift’s merchant ecosystem. Joe Heck, US CEO at Zip, stated, “We’re focused on giving our customers more than just flexible payments. Adding Nift to our checkout experience helps our customers discover brands that matter to them, while getting extra value from every purchase. It’s another way we’re making their money work harder.”
