Zilliant, a leader in pricing lifecycle management, has introduced Agentic AI capabilities and the pricing industry’s first Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, aiming to make intelligent pricing more accessible and affordable for organizations of all sizes.
The new AI agents are designed to automate complex pricing tasks and embed intelligence directly into existing workflows, moving businesses beyond traditional spreadsheets, expensive consultants, and speculative decisions. This initiative addresses the prevalent reliance on Excel for pricing decisions, despite economic volatility intensifying pricing anxiety across industries, often due to perceptions of sophisticated pricing solutions being too complex or costly.
Pascal Yammine, Zilliant’s CEO, commented on the situation, stating, “Pricing anxiety has reached a tipping point. Economic uncertainty has made every pricing decision critical, yet most organizations are still managing this complexity with spreadsheets and gut instinct. AI has the power to change this—and every company, regardless of size or sophistication, should be able to harness that advantage. Our agents deliver enterprise-level pricing intelligence in a way that’s approachable and affordable, giving any organization the tools to make faster, more confident decisions that protect margins and unlock growth.”
Zilliant’s new offering includes three specific AI agents designed to tackle common pricing challenges:
* **Approvals Agent:** This agent streamlines the approval process for pricing changes by guiding users toward decisions aligned with company strategy, providing clear context, and facilitating quicker approvals.
* **Sales Agreement Agent:** Addressing the issue of outdated agreements, this agent automatically identifies when agreements need updates, suggests revisions based on current market conditions, and provides sales teams with positioning guidance.
* **Insights Agent:** This agent cuts through data complexity by proactively highlighting critical alerts related to margin issues or demand changes, making it easier for teams to understand insights and take appropriate action.
In conjunction with the AI agents, Zilliant is launching the Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, which represents an industry-first integration architecture for pricing. The MCP Server allows organizations to incorporate Zilliant’s pricing intelligence into their existing AI ecosystems without requiring specialized implementation. This innovation aims to overcome a key barrier to AI adoption by enabling seamless connection between new capabilities and existing tools, data, and workflows. It ensures that pricing decisions can be informed by the same intelligence that powers dedicated pricing solutions, reducing the cost and risk of AI adoption while accelerating time to value.
Kylie Fuentes, Zilliant’s chief product & marketing officer, emphasized the integration approach: “Great AI experiences fit seamlessly into the way people already work. That’s why we built flexible, powerful agents. They adapt to the unique logic, data and workflows of each business while the MCP Server ensures they operate with full context—rules, history and processes—ultimately helping our customers respond at the speed of market.”
Zilliant’s new Agentic AI capabilities and the MCP Server are scheduled to be available to customers beginning in Q1 2026. Zilliant’s Precision Pricing Platform automates and optimizes pricing operations with real-time intelligence, aiming to rally organizations around a single source of truth to protect margins and drive growth.
