WealthLine, a technology provider specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for financial advisors, has launched WealthReach, a new prospecting and intent data platform designed to assist registered investment advisors (RIAs) and wealth management firms in generating new business.\n\nWealthLine was co-founded by CEO Michael Barrasso and client acquisition expert David DeCelle, CEO of Model FA, to address the challenges growth-oriented advisors face in organic business generation. The WealthReach platform aims to identify and engage high-intent prospects who are actively seeking financial advisory services, reducing the reliance on traditional cold outreach methods.\n\nMichael Barrasso, also the director of business development at United Financial Planning Group, stated that WealthReach provides advisors with data, tools, and solutions to capitalize on growth opportunities. He noted that the platform was built on systems that facilitated his own firm’s organic scaling, enabling other advisory firms to achieve similar results by identifying interested prospects and engaging them with personalized, compliant outreach.\n\nWealthReach functions by identifying up to 50 percent of previously anonymous website visitors, enriching these records with professional, financial, and behavioral insights. It also monitors off-site activity to detect individuals researching wealth management topics across the internet. Each lead is assigned a proprietary WealthReach Score, which combines on-site behavior, off-site research, and the advisor’s ideal client profile to help firms prioritize promising opportunities.\n\nThe platform’s AI engine conducts detailed research on each contact to construct personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns. These campaigns are designed to increase engagement and scheduled meetings without requiring manual effort from advisors.\n\nDavid DeCelle, who advises RIAs on organic growth, highlighted the difficulties advisors face with prospecting, calling it one of the most challenging and time-consuming aspects of running an advisory firm. He explained that WealthReach helps advisors by leveraging AI models trained on marketing best practices and prebuilt outreach campaigns to convert leads into clients.\n\nWealthReach integrates with WealthLine’s existing suite of AI solutions. These include WealthLine, an AI reception solution for prospect qualification, booking, CRM integration, and client routing; WealthChat, a website chatbot for engaging visitors and scheduling meetings; and WealthGPT, an AI assistant for knowledge base queries, task creation, email drafting, and workflow organization. A new AI-powered email assistant, WealthMail, is also slated for future release, designed to manage inboxes and draft personalized replies.\n\nA select group of pilot firms is currently utilizing WealthReach in anticipation of its public launch in November 2025.
