VideaHealth Introduces AutoVerify for Automated Dental Insurance Verification

Share It:

VideaHealth, a dental AI platform, has launched AutoVerify, an AI-driven revenue cycle management (RCM) solution designed to automate insurance eligibility and benefits verification for dental practices ahead of patient appointments. The new solution aims to reduce claim denials, prevent unexpected billing, and provide patients with accurate out-of-pocket estimates before treatments commence.

AutoVerify integrates connectivity to over 350 payers with a workflow that enables front desk teams to verify insurance and review patient eligibility in real-time. The product operates within the VideaAI platform and integrates with existing practice management systems (PMS).

Florian Hillen, CEO and founder of VideaHealth, stated, “Eligibility verification remains fragmented across dentistry, and the inconsistency creates real downstream cost. AutoVerify helps practices protect revenue at the source by catching eligibility issues before treatment, saving staff time, improving collections, and giving staff the information they need to have clearer financial conversations that build trust between providers and patients.”

Early feedback from AutoVerify users suggests potential benefits, including over 95% accurate eligibility and benefits data due to direct integrations with more than 350 payers. Practices could save approximately 40 hours per week by automating verification workflows, experience 40% faster reimbursements by addressing errors upfront, and see a 50% reduction in claim denials. Additionally, the solution may lead to a 30% increase in case acceptance through more transparent benefits explanations.

The system replaces manual tasks—such as retrieving and interpreting insurance benefits via phone calls, portals, and spreadsheets—with a consistent workflow that takes less than a minute. AutoVerify verifies patient coverage, retrieves benefits details from multiple sources including direct payer connections, standardizes plan rules into an easy-to-read format, and delivers eligibility data directly into the PMS for staff review.

Trish Ghaboussi, owner of Madison Smile Solutions, commented on the product’s potential, stating, “Our front desk spends a lot of time managing insurance, and anything that reduces manual work and helps us walk into appointments with clearer information is a big win. I’m optimistic this will mean fewer surprises for both our team and our patients.” Dr. Robert Raimondi, Founder of One Manhattan Dental, added, “We’re intentional about using technology that elevates the patient journey. AutoVerify automates eligibility verification before appointments, creating clarity behind the scenes and a smoother, more refined experience for patients.”

AutoVerify is integrated into the broader VideaAI platform, a comprehensive dental AI assistant offering clinical diagnostic aids, workflow optimization, analytics, and revenue cycle management. This launch expands eligibility visibility across the dental office, embedding the feature directly into core products and establishing it as another component of the VideaAI RCM Intelligence platform alongside Clean Claims.

VideaHealth, headquartered in Boston, leverages its FDA-cleared AI to analyze over 500 million X-rays annually, serving more than 50,000 clinicians across 50+ leading Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). The company focuses on enhancing dental care standards, improving productivity, and optimizing revenue through AI-powered solutions.
