Versance.ai, a compliance-grade AI platform for public companies, has introduced Versance Agency, a new offering designed to enable investor relations (IR) firms, agencies, and partners to manage multiple public-company clients through a single, secure environment.

Versance Agency allows IR teams to integrate the Versance reasoning system into their existing workflows, facilitating the efficient and secure delivery of AI-supported services across their client portfolios. The platform aims to assist IR firms in embedding a compliance-grade reasoning system into various services they provide, including news, social media, investor Q&A, research, and compliance, ensuring that every answer can be traced back to its original source.

George Fleming, Founder of Versance Technologies, stated, “Versance was built for the standards public companies and their advisors actually face. With Versance Agency, IR firms can embed our compliance-grade reasoning system into the services they already provide – news, social, investor Q&A, research, and compliance – knowing every answer can be traced back to the source.”

Investor relations teams often face pressure to adopt AI technologies. In the absence of purpose-built, compliance-grade solutions, they may resort to general-purpose tools not designed for public-company disclosure. Simultaneously, IR professionals are expected to support more investor touchpoints, produce more digital content, and respond faster, all without increasing legal overhead.

Versance Agency addresses these challenges by providing IR firms with access to AI that is grounded in each issuer’s filings, disclosures, and corporate materials. This system delivers time-aware, source-linked answers that are auditable. The Versance platform combines a continuously updated data foundation, a reasoning engine tailored for regulated disclosure, and a suite of applications for investor communications, research, and compliance workflows.

Versance Agency expands this architecture for IR firms by offering multi-client management, role-based access, centralized team controls, a client-specific output library, and per-client integrations. This design allows agencies to maintain consistent, high-quality work across their issuer base while adhering to strict governance and data separation protocols.

The platform grants IR firms access to the full Versance application suite, enabling them to offer AI-supported capabilities as managed services to their clients. These offerings are categorized into three core groups:

Investor-Facing Assistants, including IR Agent for responding to investor questions with source-linked answers from issuer filings, releases, presentations, and website content, aiming to reduce repetitive inbound queries. It also includes the Investor Research Assistant, designed to provide a branded, self-service research experience for investors and analysts to explore company disclosures with source-linked responses.

Communications & Workflow Tools encompass Public Company CoPilot, which generates investor response emails, briefing materials, filing summaries, and Q&A preparation using AI grounded in the company’s official record and built with securities-law guardrails, replacing general-purpose AI tools. This group also features a News Release Authoring Assistant for drafting and refining disclosure-aligned releases from structured inputs, and a Social Media Authoring Assistant for generating investor-appropriate social content aligned with the issuer’s business, tone, and disclosure record.

Compliance & Intelligence Tools include a Compliance & Disclosure Assistant for reviewing drafts of news releases, FAQs, web copy, and social posts for potential issues or inconsistencies. Additionally, Analytics and Filings Research Tools (SEDAR/EDGAR) are provided to surface investor themes, sentiment trends, and disclosure insights, and support natural-language access to filings.

All these applications operate on the same compliance-grade reasoning engine, allowing IR firms to package and deliver services while Versance ensures accuracy, auditability, and disclosure alignment. Versance Agency is currently available to IR firms, advisory companies, exchanges, and qualified partners. Existing issuer clients can be onboarded directly into an agency workspace.
