Vectice, a Regulatory MLOps platform, has announced a strategic partnership with ServiceNow to streamline and enhance audit-ready experiences for risk and data science teams, particularly within financial institutions. This collaboration aims to provide robust model development and validation documentation to ServiceNow® Integrated Risk Management (IRM) customers, facilitating faster and more compliant AI model deployments.

With supervisory expectations tightening, as evidenced by Canada’s E-23 guideline and the UK’s SS1/23, and the acceleration of Generative AI (GenAI) projects, financial institutions require governance frameworks that can keep pace with innovation. The joint Vectice–ServiceNow solution is designed to reduce risks associated with the rapid deployment of AI models by integrating Vectice’s advanced technology, which includes automated documentation, automated policy reviews and checks, and comprehensive lineage and traceability, directly into ServiceNow Risk Management. This integration is intended to offer unprecedented visibility into models through enhanced documentation while accelerating approvals and shortening AI model approval cycles.

Aneesh Bhatnagar, Head of Risk Products at ServiceNow, commented on the collaboration, stating, “As AI adoption accelerates, organizations need more than documentation—they need governance built into the fabric of how models are developed and deployed. This forward-looking integration underscores our commitment to helping customers embed compliance and transparency into every stage of the model lifecycle. By enabling seamless documentation and traceability within ServiceNow Risk Management, we’re helping financial institutions scale AI responsibly, without sacrificing speed or oversight.”

Gregory Haardt, Co-Founder & CTO of Vectice, added, “ServiceNow’s enterprise-grade workflows, combined with Vectice’s model documentation automation, give financial institutions the rigor and transparency required to operationalize AI at scale. Together we transform governance from a bottleneck into a catalyst for safer, faster AI models delivery.”

The integration allows for the instant generation of audit-ready Model Development and Validation documents (MDDs/MVDs), which can then be attached to ServiceNow risk records. This process is further enhanced by bi-directional policy reviews, where applicable controls from ServiceNow IRM can be pulled, documentation quality assessed within Vectice, and findings created back in ServiceNow for remediation tracking. Furthermore, unified lineage and traceability ensure that model, data, and code lineage captured by Vectice is surfaced directly within ServiceNow, providing risk teams with a single source of truth.

These capabilities collectively aim to accelerate approvals. Shared dashboards are designed to help first- and second-line teams resolve issues quickly, shortening model approval cycles across their lifecycles. Vectice’s system also autogenerates model development and validation documents with embedded guidance mapped to an institution’s internal policies and control framework, ensuring compliant and high-quality documentation.

Vectice, headquartered in San Francisco, specializes in a Regulatory MLOps platform that automates documentation, lineage, and compliance for AI models, enabling enterprises to scale AI responsibly. The company supports data science and risk teams in collaborating seamlessly and adhering to global regulations.
