Omaha, Nebraska-based TSG (The Strawhecker Group), a global analytics and consulting firm for the payments ecosystem, has announced the expansion of its Technology Enablement services, designed to assist acquirers, software companies, and enterprise merchants in embedding payments more quickly and realizing measurable returns on investment.

Payments are increasingly complex, leading enterprise merchants, software companies, and their acquiring partners to seek seamless, embedded experiences without introducing operational risk. TSG’s expanded services combine payments expertise with hands-on delivery to address the industry’s “last mile” challenge, integrating payments, reporting workflows, and unified operational views directly into the user experience.

The enhanced offering covers integrations, migrations, team augmentation, custom development, and payment strategy. This aims to enable clients to accelerate their time-to-revenue and reduce associated risks in payment operations.

Mike Strawhecker, President of TSG, commented on the market need, stating, “Payments are becoming more complex. Enterprise merchants, software companies, and their acquiring partners need to deliver seamless, embedded experiences without adding operational risk. We fill the resource gap with proven playbooks and expert teams that help clients modernize and scale confidently.”

For nearly two decades, TSG has supported organizations from startups to Fortune 100 companies in delivering mission-critical payment processing builds and large-scale PCI compliance programs. The firm currently maintains integrations to thirty-five processing platforms.

TSG has also formalized relationships within the payments ecosystem, including technology platforms, strategic partners, and industry associations, to optimize execution and enhance client value. The firm supports partner growth with various processors and acquirers, maintaining a non-exclusive approach to avoid competitive overlap while enabling merchant success through integration, optimization, and enablement.

Most recently, TSG established a partnership with Adyen, a global financial technology platform, to assist merchants and platforms with payment integration. As a leading Service Partner under Adyen’s Partner Program, TSG contributes specialized payments expertise and a proven delivery framework to help clients achieve scale.

Nadia Qureshi, VP, Global Head of Commercial Partnerships at Adyen, noted the importance of the collaboration: “We are excited to welcome TSG to the Adyen Partner Ecosystem. Their recognized expertise in the payments industry creates a powerful foundation for this partnership. Together, we will ensure merchants receive the strategic guidance and engineering services needed to optimize their payment operations and achieve their ambitions faster.”
