Triad Bank has implemented Vine Financial’s commercial lending technology to enhance workflow efficiency and improve service delivery for local businesses.Vine Financial, a commercial lending accelerator designed for banks and credit unions, provides a platform that integrates AI-powered document reading and generation, financial analysis, and smart workflows. This technology enables financial institutions like Triad Bank to accelerate loan processing from application to decision.Melissa Patocka, Senior Vice President at Triad Bank in Tulsa, noted the platform’s adaptability. “Vine offers a highly customizable loan analysis platform, allowing us the ability to tailor data inputs, risk metrics and report outputs to fit our specific underwriting framework and portfolio review strategy,” Patocka stated. She added that as a community bank with distinct credit policies, Vine’s ability to align with their specific underwriting and analysis needs was crucial.Previously, Triad Bank’s commercial lending process could extend over several days. With Vine’s implementation, the process is streamlined, automating tasks such as reading borrower documents, spreading financials, generating credit memos, and aligning outputs with the bank’s credit policy within a single system.
