Treez Loyalty leverages Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and a Progressive Web App to provide enhanced features. These include a 100 percent message delivery rate through direct push notifications, avoiding SMS restrictions and spam filters. It also offers AI-powered personalization for automated customer segmentation and campaign optimization, aiming to increase customer lifetime value. Adoption is designed to be frictionless, requiring no app download as customers can add loyalty cards via a simple QR scan. The platform is seamlessly integrated with SellTreez POS and Treez Ecommerce, enabling real-time point accrual and redemption across all sales channels.
Pilot programs for Treez Loyalty have demonstrated measurable returns on investment. Retailers have seen a 60-90 percent or greater reduction in marketing communication costs compared to traditional SMS. Push notification opt-in rates with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet reached over 90 percent, significantly higher than the average 25 percent opt-in through typical app notifications. The platform also yielded 3.5 times higher impressions compared to email marketing, with immediate revenue impact attributed to AI-optimized campaign timing and personalization.
This launch reinforces Treez’s position as an enterprise platform for high-volume cannabis retailers.
