TradeStation Securities, Inc., an online brokerage firm, announced the upcoming launch of TITAN X, the next generation of its flagship trading platform designed for active traders. This platform aims to enhance TradeStation’s high-end trading tools and brokerage capabilities, underscoring its commitment to sophisticated traders with a fully customizable workspace, multi-asset trading functionality, and advanced options and order management tools.
TITAN X is positioned as the cornerstone of the broader TradeStation ecosystem, which supports advanced traders in identifying, analyzing, executing, and managing trading opportunities across various platforms. The ecosystem includes HUB for onboarding and account management, the TradeStation Mobile App for mobile trading, and robust APIs, providing a connected experience for users across different devices.
John Bartleman, President and CEO of TradeStation Group, Inc., stated, “We keep evolving our ecosystem to create an exhilarating trading experience for professional, sophisticated retail traders. TITAN X is not only our new flagship trading platform but also a key component of the overall trading experience we want to deliver to our customers.” He added that the platform integrates advanced tools, deep customization, and multi-asset functionality, offering flexibility for traders to operate in fast-moving markets.
Built on TradeStation’s execution infrastructure, TITAN X is designed for both Windows and macOS users, offering a user-friendly interface with strategic enhancements. Key features include customizable workspaces with symbol-linking functionality to synchronize charts, options chains, and watchlists, and adaptable app containers for multi-monitor setups. Multi-asset trading tools provide real-time insights and control across stocks, options, and futures through balances, watchlists, charts, a redesigned Matrix trading ladder, news, and hot lists.
For advanced options trading, users can toggle between calls and puts, rearrange columns for data like open interest or delta, and view positions and expirations marked with open orders or existing positions. The versatile trade ticket supports complex options and stock strategies, alongside core functions for order type, duration, and routing. Traders can navigate options expirations and strikes quickly and size orders by units, dollar value, or percentage of account with dynamic updates.
Trent Vukich, VP, Head of Customer Experience Product Management at TradeStation Group, Inc., commented, “Our goal was to create a trading platform that stands apart in both functionality, accessibility, and ease of use. We think we’ve done that with TITAN X. It delivers one-click execution, advanced options tools, and multi-leg trade support, all within highly customizable workspaces that let traders get more out of their personal multi-monitor setups.”
TradeStation intends for TITAN X to become the primary trading platform for its clients, consolidating tools that are currently dispersed across multiple products. The platform is currently available to a select group of beta users, with a broader rollout planned for the coming months. TITAN X integrates with the enhanced TradeStation Mobile App, offering advanced grouping for options traders to organize complex strategies, and syncs with TradeStation’s HUB platform, which simplifies client onboarding and account management. These updates are part of TradeStation’s broader effort to streamline its ecosystem infrastructure and create a more comprehensive experience for active traders.
