The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) has introduced Real Wallet Capital, an embedded lending solution designed to provide its U.
S. real estate agents with rapid access to working capital, marking the first time such a service has been offered within the residential brokerage sector.
Real Wallet Capital, integrated into Real’s proprietary software platform reZEN, aims to address financial challenges faced by independent real estate professionals, such as irregular cash flow, unpredictable transaction timelines, and the need for business investment. The solution offers dynamic credit tailored to each agent’s business performance and pipeline.
Tamir Poleg, Chairman and CEO of Real, stated, “Capital brings embedded finance to the real estate industry for the first time, giving eligible agents same-day access to the funds they need when they need them, without the headaches of traditional lending. It’s a transformative leap toward building the leading financial platform in real estate—one focused on agents’ success, giving them the tools to scale their businesses and concentrate on delivering exceptional service to their clients.”
Key features of Real Wallet Capital include embedded access, allowing agents to view eligibility, sign loan agreements, and draw funds directly through the Real Wallet interface. Funds are typically transferred to an agent’s Real Wallet account on the same business day they are requested. The underwriting process is performance-based, with credit limits reflecting an agent’s transaction history and business pipeline. Repayment is flexible, involving small monthly servicing payments and automatic allocation of a portion of commission and revenue share earnings.
Dominic Parikh, General Manager of Real Wallet, commented, “Real Wallet Capital gives our agents confidence, control and speed. No waiting on banks—just seamless access to funds in Real Wallet. Whether it’s bridging a delayed closing or doubling down on a growth opportunity, agents now have even more flexibility to run their businesses the way they want.”
Pritesh Damani, Chief Technology Officer of Real, added, “Real Wallet is becoming the financial engine for the modern agent. With Capital, we’re not just offering lending—we’re redefining what financial services look like in real estate. By embedding fintech directly into reZEN, we’re giving agents powerful, real-time tools to manage their business and unlock new levels of growth.”
The service has initially launched in 28 U.
S. states and the District of Columbia, with plans for national availability in the coming months.
Real Wallet Capital is a component of Real Wallet, an embedded finance ecosystem within the reZEN platform. Introduced a year ago, Real Wallet is currently utilized by over 4,000 Real agents. It integrates financial tools, tax-saving resources, and lending services to streamline business banking for agents, who can also earn Rewards to reduce brokerage fees. Banking services in the U.
S. are provided by Thread Bank, Member FDIC. Real Wallet Capital is offered by Real Broker Financial, LLC. The Real Brokerage Inc. is a financial technology company and is not an FDIC-insured bank; Real Wallet Capital is a business-purpose loan product subject to eligibility.
Agents have reported positive experiences with the new offering. Clint Peters from Decatur, Alabama, noted that the loan process took two minutes, with funds available in his Real Checking Account within three hours. Jess Munsterman from Conifer, Colorado, used Real Wallet Capital for timely investment in a competitive market. Omega Mejia from Dallas, Texas, highlighted the flexibility to market listings and repay loans upon closing, allowing for better cash management.
Parikh concluded, “We’re merging fintech with our brokerage model in a way that no one else in the industry is doing. With Real Wallet, and now Capital, Real agents are better equipped to manage their business cash flow, invest confidently in their business and build long-term wealth.”
