The Cincinnati Insurance Company Deploys Guidewire ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud Platform

Guidewire has announced the successful deployment of its ClaimCenter product by The Cincinnati Insurance Company. This implementation aims to enhance claims management for Cincinnati’s insurance operations, streamline claims IT processes, and enable quicker adaptation to evolving market demands.

The deployment initially covers the workers’ compensation line of business, utilizing the Guidewire Cloud Platform. Cincinnati Insurance plans to extend the implementation to its commercial, excess and surplus, and personal lines of business in the future.

Scott Kusel, Vice President and Director of Information Technology at Cincinnati Insurance, stated that the Guidewire Cloud Platform offers the flexibility to improve efficiencies, accelerate new functionality delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and enrich the policyholder experience, all while keeping the company current with technological innovations.

John Crow, Vice President of Headquarters Claims Operations at Cincinnati Insurance, reported positive feedback from the claims staff regarding the platform’s layout, ease of information access, ability to link documents within claims, and support for simultaneous multi-user collaboration on a single claim.

Michael Mahoney, Head of Professional Services at Guidewire, congratulated The Cincinnati Insurance Company on the successful ClaimCenter implementation. He added that Guidewire anticipates continued collaboration to support Cincinnati’s market leadership in providing claims service to policyholders and empowering independent insurance agents.
