Tekion Integrates With Toyota and Lexus SmartPath/MONOGRAM to Enhance Dealer Operations

Tekion, a developer of cloud-native platforms for the automotive retail ecosystem, has announced a new integration with Toyota Motor North America, Inc. (TMNA).

This integration allows Toyota and Lexus dealers in the United States to utilize Tekion as a SmartPath/MONOGRAM Desk Deal provider. The collaboration aims to enhance efficiency and streamline operations by enabling seamless pushing of deals from the SmartPath/MONOGRAM digital retail program into Tekion’s Desking within Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC).

Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) is a comprehensive, cloud-native platform that integrates AI-powered retail, service, parts, accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics into a single system. The Desking integration is designed to improve the dealer’s experience within ARC and streamline operations by removing the need for manual entry of deal or customer information from SmartPath/MONOGRAM into ARC.

Customers can browse real-time new and used dealer inventory, compare pricing, and customize payment options from home or on-the-go. This information is then seamlessly synced between the SmartPath/MONOGRAM Digital Retail tool and the dealer’s CRM, providing real-time data throughout the customer’s purchasing journey.
