Team Velocity and VINCUE Launch Trade Cycle Intelligence to Automate Vehicle Trade-Ins

Team Velocity and VINCUE, two companies in retail automotive technology, announced the launch of Trade Cycle Intelligence, a co-developed solution designed to automate the vehicle trade cycle. The solution was introduced from the main stage at VINCUE UNLEASHED25.

Trade Cycle Intelligence integrates customer and equity data from Team Velocity with market and inventory performance data from VINCUE. This combination is intended to target, engage, and activate customers into a trade cycle that supports vehicle acquisition and sales. The system aims to automate manual processes associated with traditional vehicle exchange programs.

The collaboration between Team Velocity and VINCUE originated after a mutual customer sought a solution for driving more return-to-market transactions. Brian Benstock, Vice President and General Manager of Paragon Acura and Paragon Honda, observed opportunities in the service lane and expanded the initiative to include all previously sold customers.“AI doesn’t replace people—it rewards those who use it,” Benstock stated. “Our integration turns every role, from the porter to the top, into a data wizard. They spot oil-change upsells before the invoice prints, advisors wow owners with history-rich recommendations, BDC turns ‘thanks for your service’ into ‘and here’s your new lease.’ Six cars sold from service? Ancient history. Thirty-five’s the new baseline. This isn’t a disruption. It’s domination.”For dealerships, Trade Cycle Intelligence offers several benefits. In the service lane, scanning a VIN or license plate provides a real-time trade value from VINCUE. Team Velocity’s Apollo platform then applies this data against its upgrade matrix to generate personalized, equity-driven upgrade offers at check-in.

For omni-channel acquisition, service appointments and customer targeting create new opportunities in VINCUE for acquisition specialists. Buying managers can source more inventory to capitalize on market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

The solution also facilitates return-to-market by using tailored offers and communication to engage and activate previously sold customers, generating new sales and acquisitions.

Additionally, the system promotes ecosystem synergy, allowing consumers to request a trade valuation directly through Apollo Sites, with VINCUE powering real-time results within the native Apollo interface. These trade values flow across Apollo’s ecosystem, ensuring consistent valuation data for service, sales, marketing, and website experiences.

David Boice, Co-Founder and CEO of Team Velocity, commented, “This integration marks another milestone in our mission to deliver a seamless, data-driven experience. Adding VINCUE gives dealers another trusted option while ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.”Chris Hoke, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VINCUE, added, “Partnering with Team Velocity allows us to deliver market-leading trade data where dealers need it most—helping them connect information to action and drive better results.”Team Velocity provides technology that automates car-buying and ownership processes through its all-in-one Apollo platform, designed to facilitate consumer experiences from engagement to transaction. VINCUE offers a Vehicle Lifecycle Management platform that integrates inventory planning, buying, managing, and selling to enhance profit and efficiency for retail automotive dealerships.
