SUPERAGENT AI, Inc. announced the launch of its Outbound AI Agent and Inbound AI Agent at the InsureTech Connect (ITC) conference in Las Vegas, aiming to automate the initial stages of the insurance sales process and enhance lead management. This development seeks to address historical constraints on agency growth posed by manual prospecting and lead management, introducing a digital workforce designed to operate continuously.
The Outbound AI Agent functions as a digital sales representative, autonomously dialing prospects, engaging leads with hyper-realistic conversational AI, qualifying intent, and booking appointments directly onto human agents’ calendars. It is designed to handle thousands of personalized calls daily.
The Inbound AI Agent provides 24/7 customer service and sales support, answering calls immediately. It manages inquiries, collects First Notice of Loss (FNOL) information, and routes complex issues, aiming for a 100% answer rate and reducing lead leakage.
Vlada Lotkina, CEO of SUPERAGENT AI, stated, “While the industry tinkers with chatbots, we are deploying an autonomous workforce. With our new Outbound and Inbound agents, we have automated a critical part of the sales process. This isn’t a theoretical roadmap for 2030; it is the operational reality our clients can deploy in 2025. We are democratizing scale, allowing independent agencies to compete with the industry’s largest players on a level playing field. The race to full autonomy is on, and we are setting the pace.”
The company has publicly committed to delivering a single, fully autonomous AI agent by 2026. Today’s release provides foundational components toward that goal.
SUPERAGENT AI also previewed its forthcoming Quoting AI Agent, currently in its final stage of development. This agent is intended to complete the autonomous workflow by navigating complex carrier portals to deliver bindable quotes, addressing a notable automation challenge within the industry.
These new agents integrate with SUPERAGENT AI’s existing suite of Live Call, Analytics, and Training agents. Together, they form a connected ecosystem designed to generate and capture leads around the clock, support human agent training, and provide leadership with revenue intelligence.
Mark Butler, Agency Owner at Farmers Insurance, commented on the development: “The results we got from SUPERAGENT’s initial tools were just the beginning. The new Outbound and Inbound agents represent the next leap. We are building our agency of the future with a digital workforce at its core. This scalable, autonomous team will be our primary engine for growth in 2026 and beyond.”
The Outbound AI Agent and Inbound AI Agent are available for client deployment as of today. Live demonstrations are being conducted at SUPERAGENT AI’s booth, #20, at ITC Las Vegas.
