Nearly 1,200 leaders from the financial services and healthcare industries gathered in Phoenix, Arizona, for the event. The conference began with a keynote discussion between Bill Stone and Victor Haghani, founder of Elm Wealth and a pioneer of Dynamic Index Investing®. Their conversation explored how data, discipline, and decision science are transforming operations and investment strategies, highlighting lessons from the past decade that are shaping a more resilient, intelligence-driven future. SS&C’s AI agent catalogue features prebuilt, outcome-focused AI agents designed to streamline complex operations in financial services and healthcare. Delivered as a managed service, these agents are intended to help organizations address talent shortages and operational bottlenecks securely and at scale. This offering is supported by AI Gateway, the company’s enterprise-grade AI governance platform.
The DomaniRx Drug Management Module modernizes drug management by integrating payer, pharmacy, and provider systems into a unified platform without disrupting existing operations. The module connects directly with medical claims data to provide a comprehensive view of member health information, supporting faster, clinically sound decisions, streamlining administrative workflows, and potentially reducing authorization delays by up to 70%.
SS&C Insights simplifies data management for alternative investment managers through a next-generation client hub that displays timely and actionable information. Additionally, SS&C Intralinks Link AI offers deal assistance capabilities across DealCentre and FundCentre, including the ‘Ask Link’ conversational AI assistant, real-time document analysis, and advanced data extraction for Limited Partners (LPs).
SS&C Black Diamond® Wealth Solutions integrates the Black Diamond Wealth Platform with SS&C’s full suite of wealth management solutions, enabling wealth managers to manage technology and operational needs from a single point. New operational capabilities within Genesis, a SaaS platform, encompass accounting, performance, reporting, reconciliation, and billing, allowing investment managers overseeing institutional and wealth strategies to track cash across multi-asset, multi-currency, and advanced portfolio structures. A personalized platform experience for retirement plan sponsors and participants simplifies data collection and digitalizes the plan onboarding process, with new generative AI capabilities for customer support, including a chatbot for financial wellness offerings.
