SquareWorks Consulting Rebrands to Charted, Focuses on ERP-Native AP Automation

SquareWorks Consulting, a provider of ERP suite-native AP Automation software, has announced its rebranding to Charted. This change reflects the company’s evolution and its vision for the future, while maintaining its commitment to delivering value to customers.

Originally building its reputation on ERP services, including implementations and managed services, SquareWorks Consulting progressively designed and built ERP-native solutions to streamline accounts payable operations. Today, Charted offers an end-to-end AP Automation Suite engineered specifically for ERP systems, designed to manage complex multi-entity workflows and provide a frictionless experience from invoice capture to global payments. This suite combines product development with a decade of ERP expertise to deliver scalable results.

“Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown from a consulting shop offering implementations and customized projects into a SaaS platform that serves over a thousand global ERP suite customers,” stated Bernardo Enciso, CEO of Charted. “Our new name captures who we are today and where we’re headed. Though our look and name are evolving, our core mission remains the same—to enable modern finance teams with a better AP Automation solution that provides instant visibility, better accuracy, controls, and global reach, with zero connectors or integrations.”

The rebrand encompasses a new logo, color palette, and website. Customers are assured that the quality of products, services, and support will remain consistent.

Bernardo added, “Nothing about our product quality or service is changing. We’re doubling down on our vision to elevate the role of finance and empower teams to focus on more strategic tasks. With our AP Automation solution and ERP services, organizations are eliminating manual work and closing the books faster, as we handle the most complex AP Automation and ERP needs without adding more systems or new integrations.”

The new Charted brand will be fully rolled out across all platforms starting Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Charted aims to clear the path for finance teams with AP Automation solutions built directly into existing ERPs, eliminating the need for additional integrations or systems. The company offers real-time clarity on invoices, approvals, and payments, enabling finance professionals to focus on strategic initiatives. Its AI-powered capabilities and expense accrual automation are designed to accelerate month-end close processes. Backed by extensive ERP best practices and expertise, Charted supports multi-entity and multi-currency workflows to address global AP automation requirements.
