The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) announced that Freeman Wang, a Southern California real estate leader, and his 50-agent team have joined the company through Harvest Realty, which operates under Real’s Private Label program.
Wang’s team reported closing 430 homes with a total sales volume of $425 million in 2024. This integration is expected to expand Real’s operational presence across Southern California and highlights the value of the Private Label program for independent brokerages seeking growth.
Harvest Realty, co-founded in 2014 by Christine Li and John Zhang, affiliated with Real at the beginning of the year. It added over 550 agents and $2.4 billion in 2024 sales volume, enhancing Real’s services to the Chinese community within Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Regarding his decision, Mr. Wang stated, “Real’s model is designed for growth, and I saw firsthand how fast teams were scaling here. This was the best choice for my agents, giving them more tools, more opportunities and more support.” He added that joining Harvest strengthens his team’s connection to the Chinese community while providing access to Real’s platform for long-term success.
Mr. Wang began his real estate career in 2014, establishing himself as an advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors in Southern California. His professional focus involves developing agents and delivering client service.
