Silobreaker Introduces New Platform to Streamline Priority Intelligence Requirements Across Cyber, Physical, and Geopolitical Domains

Silobreaker, a security and threat intelligence technology company, has launched “Requirements,” a new solution designed to help threat intelligence teams define, operationalize, and measure Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) with enhanced speed and clarity.

The “Requirements” platform integrates a best-practice PIR library with monitoring tools and performance metrics. It is built to cover various use cases, including cyber threat intelligence, physical security, and geopolitical risk, addressing the challenge many intelligence teams face in spanning these diverse domains with disparate processes.

The solution allows teams to select from pre-curated PIRs, instantly deploy pre-built dashboards and data sources, and activate full operational monitoring. It supports the ingestion of critical organizational exposure data, such as tech stacks, suppliers, and executives, automatically matching these assets against emerging threats. This aims to provide immediate, relevant coverage without extensive manual setup.

Implementing a PIR process can be time-consuming for many organizations, with priority definition often taking months. Silobreaker’s PIR library offers ready-to-use examples based on industry best practices, designed to accelerate stakeholder alignment and the delivery of relevant intelligence products. The company states that teams can transition from stakeholder buy-in to operational monitoring in just a few clicks.

The platform is designed to support teams across various maturity levels, providing an immediate operational foundation for those new to PIRs, while allowing more mature teams to import and adapt existing PIRs. It also connects PIRs to real-time threat monitoring dashboards, document collections, and AI-supported reporting workflows, offering a comprehensive view of intelligence production and delivery. Built-in metrics track PIR support and quantify outputs to assist leaders in demonstrating value and prioritizing resources.

By consolidating PIR management from disconnected spreadsheets into a centralized, operationally linked solution, Silobreaker aims to integrate PIRs directly into the intelligence cycle. The platform is also designed to integrate with existing tools like Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) and case management systems. Geoffrey Brown, CEO of Silobreaker, stated, “Our customers’ intelligence requirements span cyber, physical and geopolitical threats, often all at once. The launch of this innovative solution gives them a single place to define and align on those priorities; connect them across domains and deliver the intelligence their stakeholders need to make decisions quickly and with confidence.”
