Sia, an international consulting group specializing in strategy, management, and AI, has launched its Agent Store, featuring over 400 AI agents designed to support decision-making and drive transformation across various industries and corporate functions.
Sia, which leverages the expertise of more than 3,000 consultants in 19 countries, began its Agentic AI journey with the unveiling of its Generative AI platform to clients in June 2023. The firm then launched its Agent Store in September 2025.
Built on a learn-by-design approach, Sia’s Agent Store expanded from an initial 50 AI agents to more than 400 available for direct consultation, with over a dozen Minimum Viable Products prepared for demonstration. The platform, initially known as SiaGPT, is now accessible via siagents.ai, marking a transition from custom GPTs to comprehensive agentic services.
Sia’s AI agents cater to diverse sectors, including Finance, Energy, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Retail and Consumer Goods. They address critical corporate functions such as Compliance, IT, Marketing, HR, and Cybersecurity. The agents aim to enable organizations to discover, customize, and deploy agentic solutions at scale, integrating Sia’s consulting methodology.
These AI agents function as analysts, strategists, and auditors, purposed to support decision-making across business operations. Each agent is specifically designed to tackle concrete operational challenges by combining domain expertise, real-time data processing, and Sia’s consulting insights.
Notable agents include Crisis Companion, which analyzes stakeholders during cybersecurity, operational, or corporate reputation crises and generates incident management reports and communication plans aligned with company policies. RegMatcher assists Compliance teams by identifying discrepancies between internal frameworks and current regulatory requirements, updating corporate policies, and deploying real-time controls to enhance organizational compliance.
The Agent Store also offers tools like the Underwriting Intelligence Platform, which converts satellite imagery into underwriting-ready data; the AI Resilient Infrastructure Agent, designed to assess and strengthen company resilience against risks; and the Sales Assistant Copilot, providing decision support to sales teams by matching client intent with cultural and product data. Another agent, the FRTB CIU Classifier, automatically categorizes investment funds and documents regulatory decisions to ensure compliance.
Sia states that Agentic AI is not only transforming client organizations but also redefining consulting itself. While human expertise remains central, it is now augmented by AI agents. Sia’s teams plan to continue automating the creation of proprietary and synthetic datasets, with objectives extending beyond cost reduction. By 2026, AI agents are anticipated to become a catalyst for large-scale, deep organizational transformation, leading to increased productivity, execution speed, and revenue growth.
Sia, founded in 1999, reinforces its vision of a balanced collaboration between humans and AI, with the expertise and creativity of its consultants, supported by their AI & Data teams, forming the core of this model.
