Shield, a recognized provider of digital communications governance and archiving solutions for financial institutions, has announced the availability of its generative and genetic AI suite, Shield AmplifAI, in the new AI Agents and Tools category of AWS Marketplace. This integration enables customers to discover, acquire, and deploy Shield AmplifAI directly through their AWS accounts, aiming to accelerate the development of AI agent and agentic workflows.
Shield AmplifAI is designed to assist financial institutions in managing compliance risk by deploying intelligent compliance agents. These agents automate manual tasks across various compliance functions, including simplifying complex search operations, clarifying alert rationales, identifying blindspots, and reducing noise, all while maintaining regulatory alignment. The solution is part of Shield’s cloud-native platform, which incorporates multi-layered safeguards such as critical validation and self-reflection, alongside a human-in-the-loop (HITL) design.
Eran Noam, Chief Business Officer and co-founder at Shield, stated, “By offering AmplifAI in AWS Marketplace, we are providing customers with a streamlined way to access our powerful genAI suite of tools, helping them buy and deploy agent solutions faster and more efficiently.” He added that financial institution clients are already leveraging these capabilities to access advanced, trustworthy, and secure generative AI functionalities that enhance compliance, improve investigation efficiency, and demonstrate the real-world value of an AI-powered Digital Communications Governance and Archiving (DCGA) solution.
AmplifAI delivers several key features, including Shiela, an AI assistant intended to accelerate time-to-impact by up to seven times; Fortified Surveillance, which validates alerts with 91.7% precision and minimal noise; and Risk Reasoning, offering clear explanations and recommended actions. These functionalities aim to empower firms to act with explainability, control, and speed, supporting risk-conscious organizations in maintaining regulatory foresight.
The inclusion of AI Agents and Tools in AWS Marketplace is designed to significantly accelerate the procurement process for AI innovation, reducing the time typically required for vendor evaluations and complex negotiations. Customers benefit from centralized purchasing via their AWS accounts, which provides enhanced visibility and control over licensing, payments, and access. Shield AmplifAI leverages Amazon Bedrock for secure deployment within AWS environments, ensuring strict access control and no external data transfer. The solution also supports data sovereignty, full lifecycle auditability, and alignment with AI frameworks, including the EU AI Act.
