Rithum Appoints Mausam Bhatt as Chief Product Officer to Drive Global Product Strategy and AI Innovation

Rithum, a global provider of commerce solutions, has announced the appointment of Mausam Bhatt as Chief Product Officer, effective March 30, 2026. In this role, Bhatt will oversee Rithum’s global product organization, aiming to unify leadership in product development and platform scaling as the company enters its next phase of growth. This appointment underscores Rithum’s ongoing investment in product innovation and its commitment to delivering a more connected, intelligent commerce experience for brands, retailers, and suppliers worldwide.

As Chief Product Officer, Bhatt will be responsible for all product teams and will collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute Rithum’s product strategy. His focus areas will include platform scalability, the integration of AI-driven capabilities, and the delivery of long-term customer value.

Bhatt’s strategic priorities will include accelerating innovation across Rithum’s core commerce, marketplace, and retail media solutions. He will also focus on expanding AI-driven capabilities powered by RithumIQ, which include product content optimization, automated catalog mapping, and predictive insights designed to enhance performance across various channels. Additionally, Bhatt will work to advance intelligent automation in areas such as pricing, inventory management, and fulfillment, assisting brands and retailers in operating more efficiently and at scale.

Bhatt brings extensive experience in building and scaling global digital platforms across commerce, marketplaces, and consumer technology sectors. His most recent role was Chief Product and Technology Officer at Realtor.com, where he led product and engineering efforts, including platform modernization and the adoption of AI-powered capabilities. Earlier in his career, he held senior product leadership positions at Google, where he led commerce initiatives for Google Shopping, and served as Chief Product Officer at RetailMeNot. He was also a member of the senior leadership team at Flipkart, contributing to the platform’s growth to over 75 million users and more than $4 billion in annual revenue.
