ReSource Pro, a provider of operational and technology solutions for the insurance industry, has acquired Propellint, a technology services firm specializing in the implementation and support of insurance platforms, including Insurity.
This acquisition is intended to expand ReSource Pro’s technology services portfolio and strengthen its capabilities in assisting insurance organizations with complex data migrations and core system implementations. Propellint’s expertise in pairing advanced technology support with operational knowledge aligns with ReSource Pro’s strategy to deliver efficiency-driven solutions across the insurance ecosystem.
Dan Epstein, CEO of ReSource Pro, stated, “Propellint’s deep implementation expertise and focus on operational execution align well with our vision for expanding technology services at ReSource Pro. This acquisition builds on our earlier integration of Helix Agency Services and represents a continued investment in the intersection of operations and technology. By continuing to strengthen our capabilities across multiple platforms, we’re delivering flexible, vendor-neutral solutions that help clients modernize, scale, and compete more effectively.”
Jason McHugh, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Propellint, added, “Joining ReSource Pro marks an exciting new chapter for Propellint. We’ve built our business around helping insurers implement and optimize the platforms that power their operations. With ReSource Pro’s scale, resources, and deep industry expertise, we’re now in an even stronger position to expand that impact. Together, we’ll bring more value to more clients, faster, smarter, and with greater flexibility.”
Propellint’s clients are expected to receive continued service, now supported by ReSource Pro’s expanded resources. The combined team aims to deliver scalable and flexible solutions for insurance businesses. Morgan Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to ReSource Pro in this transaction.
