Regnology Finalizes Acquisition of Wolters Kluwer’s FRR Business, Expands Regulatory and Risk Reporting Capabilities

Regnology, a global provider of regulatory reporting and supervisory technology, has successfully completed its acquisition of Wolters Kluwer’s Finance, Risk & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) business. This acquisition aims to enhance Regnology’s regulatory reporting capabilities and broaden its service offerings for Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Chief Risk Officers (CROs) with an expanded suite of tools.

Regnology has affirmed its commitment to maintaining business continuity for all FRR clients. The company plans to ensure secure and efficient compliance throughout the integration process, leveraging its experience in seamless migrations and a unified data model on a scalable SaaS platform.

The acquisition aligns with Regnology’s strategy to integrate regulatory expertise with innovation. The company’s recently launched RRH Ascend platform, featuring cloud-native architecture, advanced automation, and AI-driven insights, is designed to convert regulatory data into strategic value.

Key solutions integrated from Wolters Kluwer’s FRR business include OneSumX for Finance and OneSumX for Risk. These solutions are recognized for their capabilities in advanced accounting and reporting, real-time financial data processing, and robust risk analytics and modeling, all aligned with global frameworks. Their integration is intended to enable organizations to manage financial and risk data comprehensively and translate this data into actionable control and oversight.
