ROYC, a European B2B platform for private-market investments, and Ramify, a private wealth management platform based in France, have announced a strategic collaboration. This partnership enables Ramify to expand its private-markets offerings by integrating a curated selection of institutional-grade private-market funds and programs provided by ROYC.

Through this collaboration, Ramify will distribute and scale modern private-markets programs under its own brand. The integrated funds are structured through Luxembourg life-insurance wrappers and can be accessed individually or as part of broader investment programs. These programs include diversified and single-strategy vehicles across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets, formats typically reserved for institutional investors.

ROYC’s platform facilitates access to fully diligenced funds without the multimillion-dollar minimums often associated with private markets, thereby increasing accessibility for individual investors. This approach allows Ramify to construct portfolios more efficiently and deploy capital through structured, bespoke allocation programs tailored to client objectives, risk appetite, and time horizon.
