Dr. Gounden brings over 25 years of international leadership experience from American, European, and African markets. Her background includes a proven track record in business transformation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth strategies. Academically, she holds an Electrical Engineering qualification, a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a PhD, complementing her industry experience with both technical insight and strategic vision. Before her CEO appointment, as COO, she aligned marketing, sales, and operations for scalable growth in the cybersecurity and digital trust sector. In her role as CMO, she established Quantum PKI as an expert in PKI and certificate lifecycle management for global enterprises.
