London, UK – October 26, 2023 – Quantile, a provider of multilateral optimization services for financial markets, today announced it has completed a $51 million Series C funding round. The investment was led by Spectrum Equity, a growth equity firm focused on internet-enabled software and information services companies.

This funding round also included participation from existing investor Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Growth Equity business. The capital will be utilized to accelerate Quantile’s product development, expand its global market presence, and enhance its risk mitigation and capital optimization solutions for banks, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.

The funding will enable us to accelerate our innovation pipeline and expand our reach, ensuring more market participants can benefit from our optimization services.”

Stephen LeSieur, Managing Director at Spectrum Equity, will join Quantile’s Board of Directors. LeSieur commented, “Quantile has established itself as a critical infrastructure provider in the derivatives market, delivering significant capital and risk benefits to its clients.
