Procore Deepens AWS Collaboration to Enhance AI and Data Analytics for Global Construction

Procore Technologies, Inc., a global provider of construction management software, has announced a multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to co-invest in product innovation and go-to-market strategies for the construction industry, with a focus on advancing AI, data operability, and analytics.

The SCA signifies a joint commitment by Procore and AWS to accelerate Procore’s product development across these key areas. The goal is to equip customers with tools to build more efficiently, mitigate risks, and make decisions informed by data. This collaboration aims to enhance the capabilities of Procore’s industry-leading construction management platform.

A significant outcome of this partnership is the availability of Procore’s construction management platform in AWS Marketplace. Customers in North America and Europe can now purchase the platform via this marketplace, benefiting from streamlined accessibility, consolidated billing, and the ability to utilize existing AWS spend commitments and cloud credits.

The collaboration also involves expanded cross-team engineering initiatives between Procore’s Product & Technology teams and AWS. Under the agreement, Procore will integrate Amazon Bedrock large language models (LLMs) to offer customers diverse AI solutions. These models will power Procore’s AI agents, facilitating document analytics, automating tasks, and providing intelligent assistance to optimize project delivery and reduce overall risk. Steve Davis, President, Product & Technology, Procore, stated, “Procore’s mission has always been to connect everyone in construction on a global platform. Our collaboration with AWS is a force multiplier of that mission and will provide immediate value to our customers. With AWS as one of our strategic collaborators, we will continue to supercharge our Agent Builder and Developer Studio, enabling owners and general contractors across verticals to plan, build, and operate their construction portfolio with greater scale, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.”

Allison Johnson, Sr. Mgr, AMER Tech Partners, Amazon Web Services, commented on the alliance, saying, “The strength of Procore’s connected platform is supercharging digital transformation in the construction industry. We are thrilled to strengthen our collaboration with Procore, a company built for and by the construction industry. By combining Procore’s deep industry expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure and services, we can empower customers in construction to unlock new levels of productivity, gain deeper insights from their data, and scale their operations more effectively. The availability of Procore in AWS Marketplace and our joint go-to-market initiatives will make it easier than ever for customers to access these transformative solutions.”

Balfour Beatty, a century-old leader in general contracting and design-build services, exemplifies the benefits of this integrated approach, as they are already collaborating with AWS and Procore to digitize their construction management process. Kasey Bevans, SVP and CIO at Balfour Beatty, noted, “The combination of Procore and AWS helps us build smarter and more efficiently. By providing access to real-time data, actionable project analytics, and clear sightlines into KPIs and project health to improve decision-making, we’re better able to reduce risk–which is fundamental to our business.”

Procore Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: PCOR) specializes as a technology partner for all stages of construction, providing a unified platform that drives efficiency and mitigates risk through AI and data-driven insights. The company’s platform has supported over three million projects in more than 150 countries.
