PlanSource Introduces AI-Powered Delivery Hub to Streamline Benefits Administration

Share It:

PlanSource, a benefits administration technology and services provider, has launched Delivery Hub, an AI-powered tool designed to transform the implementation and ongoing configuration of benefits programs into a structured, automated, and streamlined process.

Traditionally, HR technology implementations and updates have required significant time and effort, involving complex file mapping, manual data entry, and extensive testing, which often introduced risks and delays. This complexity has historically deterred organizations from switching providers or making necessary plan adjustments due to perceived risks and disruptions. PlanSource aims to mitigate these challenges with Delivery Hub.

The new tool leverages artificial intelligence to fundamentally change how benefits administration tasks are executed, aiming to reduce the effort required to build and validate changes by up to 50%. This approach seeks to make complex implementation and configuration processes more consistent and predictable, enabling organizations to make changes more confidently and manage risk effectively, according to Lisa J. Rafferty, Senior Vice President of the Benefits Administration Consulting Practice for Aon.

Jenny Wear, Vice President of Product Marketing at PlanSource, stated, “We’ve spent decades accepting that implementation and configuration must be fraught and inaccessible. Delivery Hub represents the relentless pursuit of a better way. We are using the latest technology to turn what used to be a high-stress project into a non-event.”

Delivery Hub integrates automation, testing, and validation into a transparent experience, maintaining human oversight. This allows teams to identify issues earlier, reduce risks, and minimize post-go-live disruptions. The system offers a unified, guided flow for the entire process, alongside a drag-and-drop, AI-powered setup that achieves accuracy rates as high as 96%, reducing manual effort. It also includes automated testing for various configuration scenarios, built-in validation to ensure accuracy, and requirements traceability with a comprehensive record of all decisions made during the build.

Eddie Pinto, Senior Vice President of Product at PlanSource, commented on the tool’s ability to preserve and scale expertise: “The expertise required to configure benefits correctly is one of the hardest things in this industry to build; and the easiest to lose. Delivery Hub doesn’t replace that expertise. It captures it, scales it, and makes it dependable. That’s what lets our customers treat change as routine instead of risk across moments that matter most.”

PlanSource, based in Orlando, Florida, provides benefits administration technology and services focused on making benefits selection, usage, and management easier through AI-powered experiences. The company offers a comprehensive suite of strategic administration services and a highly configurable platform, emphasizing its integration of AI and extensive ecosystem connections.
