PCM Encore, an independent fiduciary financial advisor, has announced its title sponsorship of the United States Ski Mountaineering Association (USA Skimo) as the national team prepares for the 2025 International Ski Mountaineering Federation (ISMF) World Cup in Utah and the sport’s Olympic debut at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games. The partnership aims to support American athletes pursuing qualification for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The ISMF World Cup will be held at Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah on December 6–7, 2025. This event marks the first time an ISMF World Cup will be hosted in the U.
S. and represents the final opportunity for American athletes to qualify for ski mountaineering’s inclusion in the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games.
The 2026 Games will introduce three ski mountaineering medal events: men’s sprint races, women’s sprint races, and a mixed gender team relay. USA Skimo’s mission is to support American athletes aiming for a spot in these inaugural Olympic competitions.
