Palo Alto, California-based Intapp, a global provider of AI-powered solutions for professional services, announced that tax advisory firm Ostberg Sinclair & Co has implemented Intapp Collaboration, a solution built on the Microsoft 365 platform, to streamline its communications and document management processes in support of its growth objectives.
Founded in 2023, Ostberg Sinclair & Co specializes in providing clear and actionable tax advisory services. The firm’s adoption of Intapp Collaboration aims to establish a modern, technology-supported engagement lifecycle and support its strategic growth goals.
Robyn Limmer, Partner at Ostberg Sinclair & Co, highlighted the firm’s desire to modernize document management within the Microsoft ecosystem. “With Intapp Collaboration, we have a content management system that supports our unique workflows and files our documents and communications in the right workspaces with the click of a button,” Limmer stated. Intapp Collaboration extends Ostberg Sinclair’s existing Microsoft 365 solutions, creating a single, centralized hub for all client and engagement content, including documents and communications. This enables teams to easily access and file emails directly from Outlook. The platform automatically generates Microsoft SharePoint and Teams environments with associated file structures for new opportunities, significantly accelerating the initiation of new engagements. This unified repository also enhances control over document versioning and co-authoring, while metadata tagging facilitates advanced search capabilities.
For successful and rapid deployment, Ostberg Sinclair & Co partnered with Forge Software, an Intapp partner specializing in helping advisory services implement and derive long-term value from Intapp solutions. Forge Software’s tailored approach met the firm’s strategic and technology needs, accelerating firmwide adoption. Limmer noted that “adoption and usage are already increasing compared to our previous solution,” emphasizing that the user experience was fine-tuned to their specific requirements, ensuring professionals could access everything directly from Outlook.
