Orca Security, a specialist in agentless cloud security, has announced a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) aimed at enhancing organizations’ cloud security posture and accelerating innovation through AI-powered security solutions. This collaboration addresses the growing need for deeper visibility into how AI workloads are built, configured, and utilized on AWS, alongside more intelligent methods for risk response.

Traditional security approaches often face challenges in providing the necessary context to secure AI services at cloud scale. Through this SCA, Orca and AWS are aligning their technological and AI capabilities to assist customers in proactively identifying, contextualizing, and remediating cloud risks as the adoption of AI continues to expand.

Gil Geron, CEO at Orca Security, stated, “This collaboration marks an important step in bringing AI-driven security outcomes to customers operating at cloud scale. Together with AWS, we are helping organizations gain clearer visibility into their cloud and AI services, prioritize the risks that matter most, and apply intelligent, AI-assisted remediation without slowing innovation.”

The SCA is designed to deliver enhanced value for joint customers through several key areas. Organizations can leverage Orca’s AI capabilities, powered by Amazon Bedrock, to generate actionable remediation guidance, thereby helping teams resolve cloud security issues more rapidly. The combination of Orca’s agentless-first Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) with AWS-native security signals provides customers with contextual intelligence. This enables teams to understand and prioritize risks based on their business impact.

Furthermore, the collaboration simplifies procurement and accelerates time to value, as Orca is available in AWS Marketplace. This allows customers to quickly deploy and scale cloud security without added operational complexity. The initiative also integrates security into cloud development workflows and CI/CD processes, aiding organizations in identifying and addressing risks earlier in the development lifecycle.

Joint customers have already begun to experience the benefits of this collaboration. Erika Voss, CISO at Blue Yonder, commented, “Operating securely in the cloud is critical to our ability to innovate with confidence. The combination of Orca Security and AWS gives us clearer insight into our cloud risks and faster, AI-driven remediation, helping us maintain trust as we scale.”

Allison Johnson, Director of Americas Technology Partnerships at AWS, added, “As customers adopt AI at scale, they need security solutions that can evolve alongside rapidly changing cloud environments. Our collaboration with Orca Security helps customers better understand and secure their AI services on AWS, while using AI-powered insights to improve visibility, accelerate remediation, and operate with greater confidence.”

Orca Security, an agentless cloud security provider, enables organizations to leverage cloud security as a strategic advantage. Its platform offers comprehensive coverage and visibility across multi-cloud environments, designed to eliminate complexities, vulnerabilities, and risks. The company is supported by investors including Temasek, CapitalG, ICONIQ Capital, Redpoint Ventures, and Notable, and serves hundreds of organizations such as SAP, Gannett, Autodesk, Lemonade, and Digital Turbine.
