OCTO, a telematics, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions provider, has partnered with Volkswagen Group Info Services AG to integrate vehicle data directly from six Volkswagen Group brands, enhancing fleet data solutions across the EU without requiring additional hardware.
This partnership facilitates secure integration of vehicle data from Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, Seat, Cupra, and Audi into OCTO’s platform. The collaboration aims to expand data solutions for fleet operators by directly accessing this vehicle data, supporting use cases related to utilization, maintenance, and geo-location.

These services include maintenance management, theft protection, damage management, fraud detection, driving behavior analysis, activity reports, e-mobility management, and corporate car sharing. The data utilized encompasses mileage, fuel consumption, EV status, and warning messages.
The partnership also emphasizes compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure high standards of data protection and security for all processes.
