E. Amazon operates a market-based conservation finance mechanism that transforms ecosystem services into verifiable and tradable financial assets by tokenizing forest hectares and developing diversified revenue streams. The fund’s four core objectives include protecting tropical forests through sustainable practices, strengthening communities to improve livelihoods and discourage deforestation, promoting sustainable projects that drive growth while ensuring conservation, and applying advanced technologies to ensure transparency, reduce carbon emissions, and support climate adaptation. The fund’s Internet of Forests (IoF™) system utilizes satellites, LiDAR, and on-the-ground sensors connected via LoRaWAN/Wi-Fi to “datify” nature, delivering real-time ecological intelligence and providing accountability to investors while supporting government sovereignty.
