MetaGuard AI, Inc., a subsidiary of Quantum Ventura Inc., is set to demonstrate its CyberNeuroRT platform at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026, scheduled for January 6-9 in Las Vegas. The event will feature live demonstrations of CyberNeuroRT, an AI-driven, real-time security platform compatible with Zeek and Corelight.

CyberNeuroRT distinguishes itself in the cybersecurity market by offering a full source code licensing option for both enterprise deployments and neuromorphic edge versions. Developed with federal funding from the U.

S. Department of Energy (SBIR Phase 2) and the Missile Defense Agency (SBIR Phase 1), the platform integrates defense-grade AI technology into commercial applications. During the SBIR program, Penn State University’s Neuromorphic Computing Lab contributed advanced neuromorphic ML models, while a leading Defense contractor provided a technical assessment of a custom CyberNeuroRT version within their air-gapped HPC environment.

Srini Vasan, President and CEO at MetaGuard AI, stated, “CES 2026 offers an opportunity to showcase how our Enterprise-scale ML models are adapted for ultra-efficient threat detection using BrainChip neuromorphic processors and how this innovation impacts cybersecurity. We invite attendees to witness CyberNeuroRT’s real-time capabilities.” Sean Hehir, CEO of BrainChip, added, “Integrating MetaGuard AI’s CyberNeuroRT threat detection solution with the efficient Akida platform illustrates neuromorphic computing’s role in reshaping cybersecurity from the edge to the enterprise.”

CyberNeuroRT targets enterprises that require AI-powered threat detection with transparency. This includes current Zeek and Corelight users, regulated industries seeking algorithmic accountability, government contractors, industrial IoT operators, and mid-market companies that can access the technology through managed services or flexible cloud and on-premise licensing models.

The platform’s capabilities include integration with existing Zeek and Corelight deployments, allowing for multi-model ML inference without infrastructure replacement. It is optimized for BrainChip Akida processors, enabling ultra-low power edge deployment in industrial IoT and distributed environments. Its defense-grade capabilities have been validated through competitive SBIR awards from the Department of Energy and Missile Defense Agency.

Flexible licensing options are available, including Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Ultra, and ML-X Standalone, along with 24/7 Managed-SOC-Services in the U.

S., Japan, and Dubai time zones. Resellers are appointed in the Japanese, Indian, and U.

S. regions. The Enterprise Ultra license offers complete source code access, all ML models, training data, and the ML-X platform for building custom threat detection models, addressing algorithmic accountability requirements for regulated industries. The first 100 Enterprise Ultra customers are eligible for the Transparency Pioneer Program, which provides up to 50% off licensing fees and priority support.

MetaGuard AI will conduct demonstrations of CyberNeuroRT from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. PT on January 6, 7, and 9, 2026, at the Venetian Campus, BrainChip Exhibit Suite 29-116.
