Its responsibilities include developing internal compliance benchmarks, automating statutory updates across the G2N Nova payroll engine, and ensuring clients meet all in-country compliance requirements without disruption. Mercans has also integrated HiBob, a modern HR platform, into its technology ecosystem, facilitating seamless connection between HR and payroll systems. Clients utilizing HiBob as their HRIS can now leverage Mercans’ global payroll solution with real-time, two-way data synchronization between the platforms. This integration enables HR and finance teams to manage payroll across more than 100 countries with increased speed, accuracy, and compliance. It provides instant access to live, approved employee records via a single API request per pay group and period in JSON format. Joint customers also gain access to the Mercans PAC portal, offering a unified experience across HR, payroll, and compliance functions without complex setups.
Additionally, Mercans has launched its Digital Sales Room (DSR), an AI-powered, on-demand environment. This platform allows prospects and clients to explore comprehensive information, including product demos, implementation frameworks, governance and support models, SLAs, and key documentation. The DSR features a built-in AI agent for real-time answers, designed to expedite the evaluation process.
