Basys.ai contributes its agile, explainable agentic AI capabilities, including mature solutions for prior authorization, utilization management, risk adjustment, and payment integrity. The company’s platform leverages advanced generative AI, trained on millions of patient records and claims, to deliver high-fidelity automation with transparency.
Together, the companies offer a seamlessly integrated, scalable, AI-powered solution designed to strengthen payer–provider alignment and increase the accuracy and speed of utilization management (UM) decision-making.
