Liberis, a global embedded finance provider, has launched its new Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product, Pay with Liberis, in the U.

S., with Vagaro, a business management platform for the beauty, wellness, and fitness sectors, adopting it as ‘Capital for Hardware’ to finance purchases for its small business users.

The Pay with Liberis product, branded as Capital for Hardware within Vagaro’s platform, allows small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries to finance hardware and similar purchases at the point of checkout. Repayments are structured as a fixed percentage of future daily revenue, with funds disbursed directly to Vagaro for the financed items.

Rob Fairfield, CEO of Liberis, stated that small businesses face a complex financing landscape, and those in the beauty, health, and wellness sectors require specialized support. He added that Pay with Liberis aims to offer seamless embedded finance solutions designed to accelerate growth and build “definitive funding ecosystems.”

Through Capital for Hardware, Vagaro’s users can access financing from $500 up to $10,000, although Vagaro’s initial rollout is capped at $3,000. The product is integrated into Vagaro’s checkout process, offering customers automatic daily revenue splits for payments and no penalties for early repayment. It also acts as an entry point to other financial offerings powered by Liberis, such as Vagaro Capital, and allows customers to track repayments and download statements via a dashboard.

Kerry Melchior, COO of Vagaro, emphasized the company’s commitment to helping merchants succeed by removing financial obstacles. She noted that close collaboration with Liberis on Capital for Hardware allowed them to prioritize customer needs and reinforce support for their merchant community.

The U.

S. launch of Pay with Liberis is the first step, with Liberis planning to expand the product into other markets during 2026. This initiative is designed to broaden SMB access to growth-enabling tools like marketing spend and point-of-sale (POS) hardware.
