KnowBe4, a provider of platforms for human and agentic AI risk management, has announced the launch of AIDA Orchestration. This marks the eighth AI-powered agent within KnowBe4’s suite of Artificial Intelligence Defense Agents (AIDA) for human risk management.
AIDA Orchestration functions as an autonomous, AI-powered system designed to manage human risk by independently creating, scheduling, and overseeing personalized phishing security tests (PSTs) and security awareness training (SAT). The system dynamically adjusts to each individual’s risk profile, with the goal of eliminating manual campaign management, reducing administrative effort, and lowering organizational risk more efficiently. The company states that the agent can reduce the time required to develop personalized training from hours to seconds, allowing security teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
The new agent offers several features to organizations, including individual-focused personalization that delivers unique phishing tests and training based on real-time user performance, departing from group-wide campaigns. It also provides always-on operations, continuously monitoring threat landscapes and user engagement to dynamically adjust strategies without human intervention. AIDA Orchestration integrates with other AIDA agents, such as Template Generation and Remedial Training, to foster a data-driven security culture. Administrators retain strategic control through “Plans,” which define high-level constraints and guardrails for specific user groups, while the agent handles tactical execution.
This year marks a decade since the beta version of AIDA was introduced. With eight specialized agents now available, KnowBe4 emphasizes its position as a provider of agentic human risk management. The launch comes as cybersecurity leaders increasingly view AI-powered threats as a primary security concern. The KnowBe4 State of Human Risk Report 2025 indicates that 45% of leaders cite constantly evolving AI threats as their greatest challenge, noting that AI enables adversaries to remove traditional attack indicators, generate realistic language at scale, and craft messages tailored to specific roles, industries, and individuals.
