Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, has unveiled an expanded, integration-ready vision for Command®, its smart CRM plus platform. This development aims to provide real estate entrepreneurs with greater flexibility and choice across lead generation, listing marketing, and business automation.

Chris Cox, Chief Technology and Digital Officer at KW, stated, “We expect 2026 to be a breakout year for further Command integrations.” Chris Czarnecki, CEO and President of KW, added, “At KW, we are laser-focused on providing our affiliated agents and market centers every advantage to maximize their opportunity set. By prioritizing AI-driven integrations and strategic data and software relationships, we’re empowering agents to unify their trusted tools into a single, intelligent ecosystem, so they can move faster, work smarter, and compete at the highest level.”The platform, backed by Stone Point Capital (SPC) and powered by newly launched collaborations with Lone Wolf Technologies and Cotality, is designed to bring new solutions to KW’s affiliated agents and market centers at scale.

Command is built around an agent-centric framework: Leads, Listings, and Leverage, a model initially articulated by Gary Keller, KW’s executive chairman, in The Millionaire Real Estate Agent.

For smarter lead generation, the platform focuses on enriching contact data to ensure database records are complete. New API-based integrations are intended to reduce friction as leads flow into Command via integrated pathways, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Spacio, Inc., and Fello.

In the area of listings that build brands, Command aims to enable agents to convert visibility into opportunities through enhanced marketing and content workflows. Top AI API-based integrations for listing marketing workflows include Canva, Rejig.ai, and Lone Wolf Technologies’ CloudCMA.

To enhance leverage through business automation, the platform seeks to streamline follow-up and marketing processes. Recent API-based integrations for business process automation incorporate AI-driven RemyAI, Google Gemini, and BrokerBot.

Cox reiterated, “We’re just getting started, and this is the first wave. Our open ecosystem is attracting top technology companies who want to scale quickly and deliver real value to agents.”This expansion follows Command’s inclusion in HousingWire’s 2026 Tech100, which acknowledges KW’s efforts in delivering technology that contributes to agent outcomes. Through KW Labs, KW’s innovation hub, the franchise collaborates with agents and market center stakeholders to test and refine technology in real-world environments. Solutions that gain traction drive broader platform collaboration through Command Launchpad™, a development hub for secure integrations. Subsequently, KW-affiliated agents can activate third-party software via the KW MarketPlace, an app store for Command.
