Kasisto announced that its KAIgentic platform has integrated with Microsoft Agent 365, enabling financial institutions to deploy intelligent, compliant banking AI agents within the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem. This integration allows banks utilizing Microsoft 365 to manage domain-specific AI agents that aim to enhance customer engagement, improve employee productivity, and increase operational efficiency within their existing Microsoft environment. The collaboration focuses on advancing responsible and governed AI innovation for the financial industry.

Lance Berks, CEO of Kasisto, stated, “Banks want AI that meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and governance. By integrating with Microsoft Agent 365, KAIgentic can deliver innovation to customers rapidly, without compromising trust.” Joshua Schechter, Chief Product and Innovation Officer at Kasisto, added, “KAIgentic was built for the realities of modern banking, enabling AI agents that operate independently and comply with standard operating procedures. Integrating with Microsoft Agent 365 extends that capability across the enterprise, enabling banks to build, deploy, and manage AI agents with speed and confidence.”

Nirav Shah, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Agent 365, commented, “Microsoft Agent 365 gives organizations a simple, secure way to bring agents under control, extending the same infrastructure, apps, and protections they already trust for users. Kasisto’s integration with Agent 365 exemplifies how domain-focused AI can deliver measurable outcomes for customers in regulated industries.”

The KAIgentic platform is designed to provide a suite of intelligent, compliant banking agents that meet the security, governance, and regulatory requirements of financial services. Through Microsoft Agent 365, banks can manage these AI agents using the same controls and identity frameworks applied to their employees, which is intended to streamline AI adoption while upholding enterprise-grade trust.

Banks using Microsoft Agent 365 with KAIgentic will gain access to unified analytics and monitoring for all AI agents, policy-based governance and compliance aligned with global banking regulations, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Kasisto plans to showcase an end-to-end banking workflow at Microsoft Ignite 2025, demonstrating how KAIgentic agents can support customer service across Microsoft Agent 365.

Kasisto, headquartered in New York, provides AI for the financial services industry, focusing on intelligent, governed AI that operates with reliability and rigor.
