Account Intelligence was developed in response to direct customer demand. Existing Kasada users sought an extended protection solution to address manual fraud and abuse. Unlike many fraud solutions that concentrate on the payment layer and rely on behavioral signals that can be easily spoofed or replayed, Account Intelligence employs a different methodology. Crowther explained, “We’re using high-fidelity device telemetry that’s hard to fake, and tying it to account behavior over time. That’s how we catch abuse when it happens.”
The product delivers real-time insight into account risk and correlates activity across different devices and sessions. This capability is intended to reduce fraud losses and enhance the overall customer experience. Kasada’s platform observes activity from 170 million individuals daily across its customer base, enabling the establishment of baseline behaviors and facilitating the recognition of repeat fraudsters across various accounts.
