Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU), a global financial technology platform, has announced significant updates to its Intuit Enterprise Suite, an all-in-one solution designed to help mid-market businesses scale. These enhancements introduce new proactive AI agents, enhanced automation, business intelligence, and advanced financial management capabilities to boost productivity and profitability.
Initially launched in September, Intuit Enterprise Suite aims to streamline operations for complex mid-market businesses by providing a configurable, AI-powered solution. This eliminates the need for businesses to manage multiple applications, offering ERP-level multi-entity and multi-dimensional financial management, business intelligence and reporting, payments and bill pay, project profitability, payroll, HR, and marketing within one connected, scalable, cloud-based product.
Ashley Still, executive vice president of Intuit Mid-Market, noted that mid-market companies are adopting Intuit Enterprise Suite to reduce the cost and complexity of growth. She stated that the recent updates further streamline multi-entity financial management and provide proactive business intelligence, leveraging AI to deliver more accurate data faster, enabling more informed decisions and growth.
A core component of these updates is the introduction of Intuit AI Agents, designed to act as intelligent business partners. These agents automate daily financial, accounting, and payments tasks, delivering “done-for-you” experiences. Surveys indicate that 78% of customers find Intuit’s AI makes it easier to run their business, and 68% report it allows them more time for business growth. Specific agents include: a Finance Agent for robust reporting, KPI analysis, and scenario planning; an Accounting Agent for automating bookkeeping, transaction categorization, and reconciliation; a Project Management Agent for automating project workflows from estimates to profitability insights; and a Payments Agent that optimizes cash flow by automating payment collections, predicting late payments, and streamlining invoicing, which has helped businesses get paid an average of 5 days faster.
Improvements to Multi-Entity Financial Management provide ERP-level operations for businesses with multiple entities, users, and locations, offering real-time visibility. New features include consolidated multi-entity reports and dashboards, a multi-entity hub for a holistic view of intercompany transactions, and enhanced multi-entity reporting for granular control and deeper insights. Additionally, shared dimensions and chart of accounts allow for consistent reporting protocols across entities, standardizing data automatically.
New business intelligence tools within Intuit Enterprise Suite deliver deeper, AI-powered financial insights to support strategic planning and growth. These include AI-powered report insights that streamline financial report reviews by identifying trends and anomalies in P&L and Balance Sheet accounts. Advanced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with multi-dimensional reporting and three-way cash flow forecasting are also available. A customizable KPI scorecard allows businesses to track performance effectively using a library of over 30 predefined KPIs across growth, profitability, cash flow, liquidity, and efficiency measures.
Marsha Morales, co-founder and co-owner of Humble House Foods, an Intuit Enterprise Suite customer, shared that tasks that previously took days can now be completed in minutes, freeing time for strategic business development. Jason Corby, Founder and Owner of HFMM, added that with Intuit Enterprise Suite, there is no longer a limit from a software standpoint, emphasizing its potential to enhance productivity, profitability, and scalability.
Beyond these core enhancements, Intuit Enterprise Suite also incorporates new payroll features, a centralized Customer Hub for CRM processes, and improved product performance to handle high transaction volumes and multiple entities more responsively.
The new and enhanced capabilities for Intuit Enterprise Suite are currently available in the US. Pricing is contract-based, tailored to customer solutions, and is delivered through Intuit’s sales organization.
