Integrated Partners Launches Private Wealth Brand for Business Owners Navigating Liquidity Events

Integrated Partners, a national financial planning and registered investment advisory (RIA) firm managing over $25 billion in assets under advisement (AUA), has introduced Integrated Private Wealth. This new brand is specifically designed to guide business owners and their families through significant liquidity events and subsequent transitions.

The new platform integrates Integrated Partners’ existing capabilities in business-owner planning, advanced tax strategy, insurance, and family office services. Integrated Private Wealth aims to support entrepreneurs navigating defining moments such as business sales, recapitalizations, and post-liquidity life planning, engaging clients before, during, and after transactions.

Integrated Private Wealth operates through a three-stage process focused on assisting business owners in maximizing value, minimizing risk and taxes, and optimizing life, legacy, and capital stewardship after a liquidity event.
