Insurity, a leading provider of cloud-based software for property and casualty (P&C) insurers, brokers, and MGAs, has launched its Andromeda product release, introducing new capabilities and intelligent automation across its product portfolio. The release aims to enable insurers to achieve measurable gains through faster quoting, improved risk assessment, and reduced costs.
The Andromeda release introduces enhancements across Insurity’s product family, providing increased transparency, control, and speed in underwriting, policy management, claims processing, and analytics. Key updates include: instant transparency into premium calculations, allowing users to view rates, rules, and factors; advanced catastrophic risk scenario modeling with multi-ring accumulation and location-level financial calculations; and intelligent, data-driven submission scoring to identify profitable submissions.
Additional features involve integrating claims data directly into underwriting workflows for comprehensive risk assessment without switching systems. Field teams are empowered with an intuitive mobile app for surveys and inspections, designed for efficiency and accurate data capture. The release also automates mid-term producer license verifications for workers’ compensation, ensuring compliance and reducing manual work.
These updates are designed to enhance intelligent automation, usability, and integration within the Insurity ecosystem. Jatin Atre, Chief Business Officer and EVP of Software and Analytics at Insurity, stated, “Every insurer is unique, and we’re rapidly investing in R&D to bring our customers flexible software that enables them to maintain that uniqueness and grow profitably. The Andromeda Release is focused on freeing insurers from rigid systems and empowering them with intelligent, flexible tools that fit the way they do business. Andromeda showcases how we’re delivering real innovation to solve the hardest problems for our customers.”
The innovations are part of Insurity’s $50 million investment in research and development, which reflects a focus on long-term product development.
