Private equity firm Infinedi Partners has adopted Intapp DealCloud, an AI-powered solution, to streamline its pipeline, relationship management, and business development efforts, aiming to drive operational growth.
Infinedi Partners, founded in 2018 and focused on partnerships with founder-owned businesses and financial entrepreneurs, chose Intapp DealCloud as part of its strategy for agile technology adoption. The firm indicated that integrating AI-enabled operations is a key component of its future vision.
Henry Hemaya, Vice President and Head of Business Development at Infinedi, stated that DealCloud functions as a “force multiplier” for the firm. He highlighted the platform’s customizability, noting that it has been tailored to their specific workflows. Hemaya anticipates the solution will enable Infinedi to scale the management and analysis of proprietary deal flow, improve operational processes, and, through AI-driven efficiencies, increase productivity and capacity, building on the firm’s momentum.
With Intapp DealCloud, Infinedi will centralize deal flow, fundraising, and relationship management. This integration is expected to strengthen connections, improve the accuracy of deal tracking and forecasting, and accelerate execution by providing access to collective firm intelligence. The platform’s advanced AI technology and automation are designed to empower professionals to make data-driven decisions with real-time insights into investment trends, industry developments, and relationships, while reducing time spent on manual data entry through automated data capture and signature-scraping technology.
Additionally, Infinedi will utilize Intapp Assist for DealCloud, which introduces native generative AI capabilities. This aims to enhance operational efficiency, providing professionals with insights and recommendations to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enrich firm intelligence. Intapp Assist also offers features like suggested email content and an AI-driven relationship intelligence feed to facilitate more engaging and personalized interactions with contacts.
Rudy Saad, Global Head of Private Equity and Private Capital Markets at Intapp, commented on the partnership, noting that centralizing data and incorporating AI will provide Infinedi with enhanced visibility into firm intelligence. He added that this access to information is intended to create a competitive advantage for the firm.
