Incent, a provider of youth digital banking solutions, has rebranded as Nuuvia, signaling an expanded mission to offer a full lifecycle engagement platform for community financial institutions.

The rebranding from Incent to Nuuvia signifies a strategic evolution from a youth-centric digital banking platform to a more comprehensive engagement solution. Nuuvia, which means “new path,” aims to assist community financial institutions in maintaining relevance within the competitive financial landscape by fostering relationships across all stages of a customer’s financial journey.

Marcell King, president and COO of Nuuvia, stated, “We launched Incent with a simple, yet powerful premise, to help community banks and credit unions reach younger consumers. We’ve achieved that and more. Nuuvia represents the future, reflecting a broader vision that encompasses financial wellness, digital engagement and creating lifelong, human connections at the center of every banking experience.”

Nuuvia’s platform is designed to enable community institutions to launch branded youth-banking programs, cultivate personalized digital-first experiences, strengthen loyalty, drive deposit growth, and retain household relationships. It supports seamless integration with existing core and digital banking systems, facilitating lifelong engagement from a member’s initial savings account through to retirement income management. Concurrent with its rebranding, Nuuvia launched a new corporate website to reflect its updated visual identity and strategic focus.

King further commented, “Our mission remains unchanged. We are here to help community financial institutions thrive. Nuuvia gives them the tools to connect with the next generation and stay relevant for years to come.”

Nuuvia, formerly Incent, describes itself as a provider of intelligent lifecycle banking solutions for community banks and credit unions. The platform integrates with a financial institution’s existing digital banking infrastructure to help acquire, retain, and engage account holders across generations through personalized digital experiences. This can be offered as a co-branded service or under the institution’s white-label brand. Nuuvia’s digital youth banking module is currently implemented with numerous community banks and credit unions, supporting youth account acquisition, growth, retention, financial health promotion, and long-term loyalty.
