Built on Hover’s proprietary 3D property technology, the updated platform integrates measurements, design, estimating, and collaboration into a single workflow. This aims to eliminate manual data transfer, reduce errors, and accelerate the process from project scope to sale, potentially replacing up to five separate applications. The platform is powered by Hover AI and leverages a spatial database of over 10 million residential properties.
Key advancements in the new Hover platform include Automated Estimating, where estimates are generated directly from Hover’s precise 3D models and measurements. This feature is designed to reduce manual work and errors, applying margins, taxes, promotions, and pricing rules to support profitability. Additionally, Complete Proposals allows for the creation of homeowner-ready proposals with integrated pricing directly within Hover, aiming to eliminate the need for third-party tools and offering side-by-side options with built-in e-signature support to assist contractors in closing sales more rapidly.
Further enhancements include Improved 2D & 3D Design with a unified material library, improved facet selection, and 2D-to-3D workflows, intended to accelerate visualization and iteration in design. The platform also features extensive Workflow Integrations, offering over 1,000 integrations with CRM, production, and business systems, enabling professionals to export data as needed.
